Register now for the ELF/EMBARC Bronchiectasis Patient Conference which will take place online on Saturday 23 March 2024 at 10:00-16:00 Central European Time (CET).

The conference is for people living with bronchiectasis and their family members and carers. It is an opportunity to understand more about the disease and how to manage it.

The event may also be useful to healthcare professionals and anyone with an interest in bronchiectasis – all are welcome.

Key sessions this year will focus on:

  • Basic overview for anyone recently diagnosed,
  • Bronchiectasis and the future – updates on treatment, research and what lies ahead,
  • How to live with bronchiectasis and another airway disease like asthma or COPD,
  • Airway clearance – making decisions about the devices and methods that are best for you
  • Inspiring stories of what has helped people with bronchiectasis live well with this condition

The event will be held in English. There will be an automated live transcription service that will allow participants to generate captions in over 50 languages.

The event is organised by the ELF bronchiectasis patient advisory group, experts from EMBARC (European Multicentre Bronchiectasis Audit and Research Collaboration) and the European Respiratory Society.
